Our Mission

MAK Metals was founded by Bob and Kerrie Tucker in 2004 with the mission to partner with both the customer and the vendor to produce high-quality precision sheet metal products. We strive to provide the best customer service and offer our expertise in design for manufacturing.

MAK Metals hires and trains the best professionals in the industry. We value our employees and want them to be proud of the work they produce. This is what gives us the edge to perform at a high level for our customers.

Our Vision

MAK Metals has undergone new ownership with Kal Anderson in 2023 with the vision to continue to grow strong partnerships with our customers, sharing the success and profitability as we expand. We will continue to increase our capacity for work to be able to take on all the jobs our customers can supply us with.

MAK Metals strives to further foster an environment of appreciation and support for its employees. We want to have a smaller, tight-knit group of professionals that are successful and happy in the company.

Kal Anderson

Owner and officer, he has over 15 years of experience in the sheet metal industry. He worked his way up through the company from filing, floor work, running machines, programming and engineering, and finally the GM for the last 5 years. He is actively involved in the company with design, AP/AR, and human resources and oversees operations.

Key Staff:

Naomi Young

Production Manager, she oversees the scheduling of projects, process improvement, and quality. She is in charge of maintaining production efficiencies, quality control measures, workforce planning, process improvement completions, etc. Naomi has been with MAK Metals for over almost 5 years and is well respected by her crew.

Steve Stubblefield

Shop Foreman, he has 18 years of production experience and 9 years of management experience. He directly oversees the safety, performance and productivity of the production crew. He is in charge of instructing, motivating, and supporting his employees. Steve has been with MAK Metals for just over a year and has already garnered much respect from his peers and supervisors.

Paul Connor

Quality Control Coordinator, he oversees the quality processes throughout the shop as well as final inspections. Paul has over 20 years of experience in precision sheet metal and has held many production positions throughout his career. Paul is also heavily involved in process improvement and DFM for our customers. Paul has been with MAK Metals for over 5 years and his extensive knowledge is a great asset to the company.

Steve Schlaak
Sales and Estimating, he has 25 years of experience in welding and fabrication in many different settings. He serves our customer base and uses his experience to accurately quote jobs and ensure that the customers get their products on time. Steve has been with MAK Metals for over 5 years and has earned much respect from his peers and developed a positive repour with his customers.
